CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Please note that for all bookings (including flight, hotel, tour package, and other services) are generally NOT ALLOWED for amendment or cancellation with a full refund.
    • All amendments or cancellation to your booking are subject to availability, terms, limitations, restrictions, and charges / fees imposed by Ameriasa and our third-party service providers (including but not limited to airline companies, hotels, and/or feature providers, such as excursion operators). Any additional fare or price differences are to be borne by you.
    • Ameriasa reserves the absolute right to charge you an administration fee ranging from RM300.00 to RM500.00 per person to cover the administration costs and/or handling fees incurred by Ameriasa for all amendments or cancellation.

Cancellation of Tour by Ameriasa

    • Ameriasa reserves the right to cancel your booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances and/or Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, acts of God, war, transportation or other forms of strike, civil strike, pandemic, endemic and order from the Government of Malaysia and/or other countries.
    • Ameriasa further reserves the right to cancel your booking due to insufficient passengers and/or tour participants.
    • Ameriasa shall recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other similar tours to you. Should you decide not to accept the alternative tour, Ameriasa shall endeavour to provide refund in full, subject at all times to Ameriasa and our third-party service providers refund policy.
    • In the event cancellation is due to insufficient passengers and/or tour participants or inability to secure seats or accommodation, Ameriasa shall refund the amount you have paid.
    • Ameriasa reserves the right to cancel your booking if payment is deemed to be suspicious by the bank or if full payment is not received in a timely fashion.

Cancellation of Tour by You

    • In the event you decide to cancel your tour or travel booking, the booking fee paid by you shall be forfeited absolutely by Ameriasa. However, the booking fee may be transferred to other tours arranged by Ameriasa subject to Ameriasa’s consent.
    • In the event that you have made full payment toward the tour or travel fee, but decide to cancel your tour due to personal health reasons or special circumstances, Ameriasa shall endeavour to provide refunds subject at all times to penalty charges imposed by Ameriasa and our third-party service providers refund policy, at Ameriasa’s absolute discretion.
    • If you do not present himself/herself at the departure of the trip, refunds will only be due to you in line with the rules and restrictions of Ameriasa and our third-party service providers refund policy.

Refunds and Refund of Unused Services:

    • In the event of a refund due to cancellation or changes to the booking, refunds will only be due to you in line with the rules and restrictions of the applicable suppliers as notified in the booking process.
    • Any refund shall be issued in the form of “Travel Wallet / Travel Credit”, which may be utilised for your next booking with Ameriasa. Any cash refund is subject to Ameriasa’s absolute discretion, on a case by case basis.
    • “Travel Credit” are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance, must be used for travel commencing by expiration date, are nontransferable and nonrefundable, have no cash value, and are issued in the name of the person making the original booking.
    • No refund shall be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, which are included in the tour fares and not utilised by you.
    • Handling fees and/or service charges are strictly non-refundable.
    • Refunds (if any) will only be made after Ameriasa received the refunds amount from third party supplier. You should note that refunds from supplier may take up to six (6) calendar months.
    • Generally, refunds due to cancellation or changes to the booking made using “Travel Credit” are strictly not allowed. Any request for such refund of “Travel Credit” shall be evaluated by Ameriasa on a case to case basis, where Ameriasa reserves the absolute discretion to allow or reject such request for refund.
